Toraja beans come from Sulawesi Island in Indonesia♪ They’re so rare they’re called “phantom coffee”〜

The aroma is super rich, smoky and creamy (´∀`) The taste has fruity sweetness and light acidity, but at the same time there’s strong body and smoothness♪

When you drink it black, that perfect balance really stands out〜 (≧∇≦)

  • First thing in the morning! Like a wake-up ritual♪

  • Before starting to code - always! While organizing what I need to do today

  • When I’m stuck too〜. Somehow solutions just come to me (≧∇≦)

  • When I wanna slack off! Leisurely brewing coffee, slowly sipping while zoning out (´∀`)

Sometimes I realize I’ve had 3-4 cups… maybe that’s too much (´∪`)?

I heard you can make coffee-like drinks from dandelion coffee or soybean coffee! Since we’re in Hokkaido with tons of dandelions, it’d be fun to try making my own (≧∇≦)

They’d have grades too, like “AA Grade Dandelion” (≧∇≦) People would obsess over processing methods - “Natural Process” “Washed Process”…

Ah, but if that happened, I’d probably get all picky about drip brewing again (〃´∪`〃) Like going “90°C with 30 second bloom is best for dandelions!” and stuff… lol
