Toraja beans come from Sulawesi Island in Indonesia♪ They’re so rare they’re called “phantom coffee”〜
The aroma is super rich, smoky and creamy (´∀`) The taste has fruity sweetness and light acidity, but at the same time there’s strong body and smoothness♪
